Marcia K Davis EA is an Enrolled Agent, licensed by the federal government to represent taxpayers

at all levels of the Internal revenue Service and state taxing agencies.

Marcia specializes in income tax preparation, representation and tax planning for individuals, small businesses,

estates and trusts. She has been in the tax profession since 1966 and an Enrolled Agent since 1983.

Marcia consults on various types of insurance including life, medical and long-term care and offers a variety

of variable annuity products, mutual funds and retirement plans.

Marcia is a member of NAEA, CaSEA, CSTC and the IRS Laguna Niguel District Practioners' Panel. She is a Fellow

of the National Tax Practice Institute (1997) and a graduate of the American Academy of Tax Practice.

Marcia allows her clients the greatest flexibility and control over their assets while minimizing their tax liabilities

through advanced tax planning.
